Casting in Green Sand

If a perfectly smooth surface is necessary, machine the component after casting it. Or, use a different casting technique for the bronze.
Lost Wax Casting
Wax casting is a bronze casting technique used by Ramdev Casting Foundry. It starts with a wax model, then a mold is made from it. The wax is removed from the mold once it solidifies, creating a cavity where the molten bronze can be held. Once the bronze cooled, the mold was removed. It revealed a cast bronze object.
